Padel Now! ("the Service", "we", "us") is a free web application that aggregates real-time padel court availability across clubs in Warsaw, Poland. We display publicly available slot data and link users to third-party booking platforms. We are not a booking service and do not process payments or reservations.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement under Polish law (Kodeks cywilny, Ustawa z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r., Dz.U. 1964 nr 16 poz. 93).
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 16, you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent, in accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
You may sign in using Google or Facebook OAuth. By doing so, you authorise us to receive your name, email address, and profile photo from those providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

The Service displays data sourced from third-party platforms including Playtomic and Kluby.org. Clicking a booking link will take you to those platforms, which are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party platforms.
Sign-in via Google and Facebook is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Meta's Terms of Service respectively.
Court availability data is fetched in real time but may be subject to delays or inaccuracies. We make no warranty that any slot displayed as available is still bookable at the time you visit the third-party platform. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on availability data.
All original content on this Service — including design, code, and text — is the property of Padel Now! and protected under Polish copyright law (Ustawa z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych, Dz.U. 1994 nr 24 poz. 83) and international copyright conventions. Court data displayed belongs to the respective clubs and booking platforms.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679), as implemented in Poland by the Act on Personal Data Protection (Ustawa z dnia 10 maja 2018 r. o ochronie danych osobowych, Dz.U. 2018 poz. 1000).

The Service is provided free of charge. Where EU consumer protection law applies — including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Polish consumer protection legislation (Ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta, Dz.U. 2014 poz. 827) — your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by Polish and EU law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
